AI Use Policy
Last updated: December 17, 2025
This AI Use Policy explains how Loopclub Ltd (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) utilizes artificial intelligence (“AI”) technologies to power InitStack and our related services. This policy is designed to be transparent about our AI practices and should be read together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Overview of AI in Our Platform
InitStack is an AI-powered platform that enables users to build, deploy, and manage web applications through natural language interactions. AI is central to our Services and is used to:
- Generate application code based on your prompts and descriptions
- Understand and interpret your requests in natural language
- Suggest improvements and optimizations to your applications
- Debug and troubleshoot issues in your code
- Provide intelligent assistance throughout the development process
- Automate repetitive development tasks
2. How AI Generates Code
2.1 The Generation Process
When you interact with our AI-powered features:
- Input Processing: Your prompts, questions, and requests are processed and analyzed by our AI systems.
- Context Understanding: The AI considers the context of your project, including existing code, project structure, and your stated requirements.
- Code Generation: Based on this understanding, the AI generates code, configurations, or responses tailored to your needs.
- Output Delivery: The generated content is presented to you for review, modification, and implementation.
2.2 AI Capabilities and Limitations
Our AI systems are designed to assist with software development, but they have inherent limitations:
- Not Perfect: AI-generated code may contain errors, bugs, inefficiencies, or security vulnerabilities
- Context Dependent: The quality of output depends on the clarity and specificity of your input
- Knowledge Limitations: AI knowledge has a training cutoff date and may not reflect the latest frameworks, libraries, or best practices
- No Guarantee of Suitability: Generated code may not be suitable for all use cases, especially mission-critical or high-security applications
- Potential Biases: AI models may reflect biases present in their training data
3. Third-Party AI Providers
We utilize third-party AI service providers to power our core functionality. Our AI providers include:
- Anthropic (Claude): We use Anthropic's Claude AI models for natural language understanding and code generation. Privacy Policy
- Google (Gemini): We may use Google's AI models for various processing tasks. Privacy Policy
- OpenAI (GPT): We may use OpenAI's models for natural language processing and code generation. Privacy Policy
When you use our AI features, your prompts and project context may be transmitted to these third-party providers for processing. These providers are bound by contractual obligations to protect your data and process it only for the purpose of providing their services to us.
4. Data Sent to AI Systems
4.1 What Data is Processed
When you use our AI features, the following information may be sent to AI systems:
- Your prompts, questions, and natural language inputs
- Relevant portions of your project code and file contents
- Project structure and configuration information
- Error messages and debugging information
- Your preferences and settings related to code generation
4.2 What Data is NOT Processed
We take care to minimize unnecessary data exposure:
- We do not send your entire codebase unless specifically required for context
- We do not send unrelated personal information
- Environment variables and secrets are filtered out before processing
- Payment and billing information is never sent to AI systems
4.3 Data Retention by AI Providers
Our AI providers may temporarily retain prompts and outputs for operational purposes such as abuse prevention and service improvement. We have agreements in place that limit how long providers can retain this data and how it can be used.
4.4 Training Data Commitment
Your data is not used to train AI models. We have opted out of allowing our AI providers to use your prompts, code, or outputs for model training purposes. This means:
- Your prompts and inputs are not added to training datasets
- Your generated code is not used to improve AI models
- Your interactions remain confidential between you and our service providers
This commitment is enforced through our data processing agreements with AI providers.
4.5 Human Review
In limited circumstances, human reviewers may access AI interactions:
- Trust and Safety: To investigate reported abuse or policy violations
- Quality Assurance: To evaluate AI performance and accuracy on a sampling basis
- Customer Support: When you contact us with questions about AI outputs
- Legal Compliance: In response to valid legal requests
All human reviewers are bound by confidentiality obligations. We minimize human access to your data and use automated systems wherever possible.
5. Your Responsibilities
5.1 Review and Validation
You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating all AI-generated code before use. This includes:
- Reviewing generated code for accuracy and correctness
- Testing code thoroughly before deployment
